3. Ownership
Upon purchase you do not fully own the rights to sell or redistribute without a developers license. Upon purchasing a personal license you only have the rights to use the themes on your websites. You do not own the rights to sell or redistribute these themes to anybody upon purchasing a personal license. Our themes may be used by our customers on as many as their 'own' websites as they like.
Our products are provided without any warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied. Upon purchasing a developers license, you do own the rights to sell or redistribute these themes freely. Although, you own the rights to sell and redistribute, you are not allowed to sell or redistribute these themes for less than $30. 5. Theme Updates
Both themes are consistently being updated for better usage. Although both themes are professionally designed and coded, we do like to keep our themes up to the professional standards, so we will be updating the themes upon Wordpress updates, and browser updates. We cannot guarantee that our themes will work on older versions of Wordpress. Updates, newer versions and quick fixes are distributed free of charge for any current theme owner.
6. Refund Policy
We offer a 60 day money-back refund policy. Upon refund, we will disable all your accounts on Instant Squeeze Pages and we will also block your ability to download future updates, fixes and new versions of the themes.
7. Warranty
